Today we catch up with one half of the dynamic duo….take it away Emma!



What’s for dinner tonight?
Vietnamese chicken salad. I love this dish – super easy to whip up and so fresh! I add lots of chilli and extra mint and coriander. Yum!

What does your morning routine look like?
Im an early riser, I like to get in some yoga or a walk with my French bulldog “Frankie” to the local café for a latte before I start my day! Then breakfast and stuck into the computer before I’m off teaching Pilates.

What’s on your workout playlist?
At the moment, Oliver Heldens. My hubby is a music man so I wouldn’t know who this guy was if it wasn’t for him, but highly recommended for an awesome workout playlist!!

What do you do to care for you mind?
Practising Pilates and Yoga has taught me so much about the connection of the body and mind. I really notice the difference when I haven’t practised for a while. It’s definitely the number one thing on my todo list when my mind feels cluttered.




What new skill would you love to learn?
I really want to learn to play Guitar! My dad is an amazing guitarist and its always been on my bucket list!

When you think of the word successful who’s the first person that comes to mind?
My grandmother. We call her “Mutty”. She is happy, has been married for 58 years, has a beautiful family and still does work for the community in between travelling the world with my grandad. To me, this happiness in life is success.

What are you proudest of?
Starting a passion project TWOSIXMAG with my best friend Bree and seeing it blossom into what it is today!

What advice would you give to someone who is trying to improve their health and lifestyle?
Don’t compare yourself to others.

Look within, listen to your own needs and take control in your own way.
